1 is a basic linear FPS, and feels a lot like DOOM 2016 but with a sword and tons of cool sword/ki moves. I actually felt this way when 2 came out, oddly enough. I think I'll just finish sw3 once just for the sake of it, play sw1 as a prequel and stick to sw2 if I wanna play sw. No spin sword skills, on force slash skill, (so far I've played), weak story, (nothing is said about the rest of the cast,) and just 5 weapons. On the other hand, SW3 feels like a bad doom copy. New game on higher difficulty with your stuff kept too. Sw2 was mega fun: huge arsenal of weapons, playstyle choices, open maps, stats and wang's original voice. I recently found out about the shadow warrior series.
